Shipping & Refund/Return policy

In case of rare event that you want to return an order, please go through the below mentioned terms and get in touch with us.

Few Important things: 

• Every item is carefully prepared by the artisans and are handcrafted. 
• No 2 pieces will be identical since these are handmade. 
• There might be some variations in colors compared to the picture 

 Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

We sincerely hope that you would not wish to cancel an order once placed. In a rare event if you would like a refund, kindly note our policy as given below - 

• Return of the products is applicable only in India & is not applicable for international shipments 
  Return is possible only in the below conditions: 

• In case you have received the wrong product, the product does not match your order. 
• In case you have received any damaged product. Please send us an email to thesmallwonderland@gmail.com  along with the photo of the product you wish to return within 24 hrs from the time of product delivery. 

• If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain. We will replace the package. If same product is not available, you can purchase any other products of same value or wait for us to confirm the next delivery status. 
• If the package is tampered, refuse to accept the delivery and return it through the courier. 
• we ship through Shiprocket,Amazon,Delhivery ,Ekart for delivery of our products.
• All products ship within 2-3 days.
• Once you place order you will receive confirmation mail and upon dispatch of product you will receive tracking details in phone & mail .
